Laurie was a gem to work with! She is thorough, and definately runs her show according to the bride and groom's perspectives.

We hired Laurie for our wedding back in June and she was AMAZING! She arrived early and was right on cue the entire day. She was fun to work with and had some creative ideas! The photos turned out great and she really captured everything we wanted!

Laurie is AMAZING!!! she is beyond talented! She did our engagement photos and our wedding day photos! I can not wait to see the end result. She is professional, super sweet and very cooperative! On our wedding day she was so invisible, you never knew she was there, but she captured every moment. Her personality makes you comfortable. I love taking pictures, however, my husband usually doesn't like too but Laurie made it fun and interesting. I will use LA Wright Photography for all of my photography needs in the future!

I couldn't have asked for a better photographer. She truly loves her job, and is very talented as well. She captured the moments I was too busy to see, and the personality of all my guests. Photos were fun and creative, not stiff or cold. She took the time to do a little airbrushing and played with the colors to make them worthy of a gallery wall. These are the most beautiful pictures I have ever seen of myself and my husband.Her assistant was great as well. When we ventured out into the desert for a sunset shot she was attacked by a jumping cholla. Ouch! She didn't complain, and finished the night like a champ. I am so pleased with the results. Laurie will be the one I call for pregnancy photos and new born pics. I can't wait. Thank you soooo... much :)

Laurie was amazing in eveyway! I couldn't have asked for a better photographer. She was so helpful with making suggestions as well as taking the time to make sure all of our pictures were perfect. I have already recommended her to so many of my friends. Both my husband and I were extremely happy with the way everything turned out. A perfect 10 :)

We were married March 10, 2010, in PV Mexico. We choose Laurie Stephens to be our photographer over the photographer the resort typically uses & couldn't be happier about our decision!!! Laurie did such a wonderful job of "shooting" our wedding. She had all of the wedding party involved in making every shot fun- she explained to me even though she would put me in weird positions- to trust her & WOW are we pleased. Another friend of mine who attended our wedding said she's never seen more beautiful pictures & she's been to hundreds of weddings. Laurie was professional- took tons of photo's every shot at ll different angles- we couldn't be more please with her as a photographer.I'd refer her to all brides!!!

LA Wright Photography did a great job getting photos of our wedding even though it was very dark and we were scattered all over the place. She even got a great shot of us with fireworks behind us. Laurie created not only fond candid memories of the day Paul and I united but also helped me show devotion of my love to my new husband in a special bridal boudoir shoot, spa treatment for my bridal party which brought out the imagination of even my seventy five year old grandmother, and was sure to tailor every wish that we had requested of her that day. Laurie is a wonderful photographer. She has a great eye and a candid approach in her photography. She is a people person. Makes you laugh and creates a comfortable atmosphere when taking photos. Her prices are great and her work is even better. I would defiantly recommend her!!!

My wedding day was less than ideal...I had several issues with other vendors and was really stressed out and emotional. Laurie and her assistant pitched in wherever they were needed and helped out withjobs that didnt even have anything to do with them! As a photographer she was amazing..she was on time and friendly with everyone..all of the guests loved her and our pictures were so beautiful my husband and I both cried when we saw them and so did our parents. I will call Laurie for all of my pictures in the future and I will tell everyone else to do the same!

Laurie was an amazing photographer! She was willing to go above and beyond for every photo shoot that we asked her to do for us. It took a little longer than I wanted to get our photos back after the wedding but the time she took to edit them and make them perfect made up for it. I will definently use her in the future for baby bump photos and family pictures and would recommend her to any of my friends getting married. Thanks Laurie!

Laurie was awesome!!! She had just the right mix of listening to what we wanted and injecting her own style and ideas. I interviewed 6 other photographers and Laurie stood out because of the quality of her work, her laid back personality and value. She really contributed to the fun of our wedding!

Laurie was amazing in working with my husband and me. She photographed our engagement pictures, as well as our wedding. She was very flexible in taking our engagement photos and trying to find a time that would work for all three members. Our wedding photos were absolutely gorgeous. My husband and I loved so many of our pictures. He and I really loved the back and white photos she touched up. The cost was amazing because she had a package deal going on for both the engagement and wedding photos so we made sure to take the offer when it was presented. Laurie had her moments of time where she could have yelled at individuals at the wedding for their rude comments and wanting to be the center of attention. However she kept her composer and was very professional about the issues. One weak point was that we had to wait about 2 weeks longer than expected for our wedding photos. This happens when you have a photographer that is working every moment with different shoots. Laurie did however make sure she stayed in contact with me letting me know when they would be available. I appreciated the calls very much. I would gladly recommend Laurie for any type of occasion that someone is having. She is fantastic!

We used L.A. Wright for our wedding in November 2010, and it took FOREVER to get our pictures. I would get a cd here and there with pictures that were never in order, and then I would go through them and have to ask her for ones that were missing. I had to keep asking her for ones that I knew she took, and she would have to look through her computer to find them. There were always excuses as to why I didn't have my pictures in the time stated in our contract. I eventually got as many pictures as I'm sure I'm going to get and some of them had marks on peoples faces, you could tell they just weren't edited before they were sent to me. In July, which was 7 months after our wedding we ended up in court, and she was ordered to pay back part of what we paid her because we never got everything in our contract. Well now it's been a full year, and we still don't have everything we were promised and once again there are a ton of excuses as to why she won't pay back the money that she owes us. Most of the pictures that we did get were good, but she is not a good business person, and don't count on getting your pictures on time at all. Also, she left right after the ceremony and went right to the reception without even taking pictures of us signing our license. I had to have my uncle take pictures or I wouldn't have any. I would hate to see another bride have a bad experience by using her.
