White Lotus Salon and Spa

Everyone at White Lotus worked so hard to make sure that my day was amazing. Nicole, Beth, and Alicia made me feel like a princess on my day. Beth was an amazing stylist and took my inspiration pictures to another level. My hair was amazingly beautiful and stayed perfect for my whole day. Alicia waxed my eyebrows and did my makeup just how I wanted it, she even did some make up for my bridesmaids. And Nicole, the manager, was there the whole day and did a great job keeping us on time. We basically had the salon to ourselves and were spoiled by everyone. We had terrific service and I plan on going back to White Lotus even though it's more than 30 miles away from where I live. They are amazing, kind, and excellent at what they do. If you are having your ceremony anywhere near gilbert use them!!!!!

I have to give a mixed review. I had Beth do my hair and I think she did a great job. The front desk however misquoted me on the pricing and tried to charge me for an updo when I only had a style. I also was being charge double what I had expected. I can't blame it on the front desk because that is really management's fault for not properly training their staff. I also had my makeup done there and Alicia is great but the salon did not have anything for me to buy so that I can touch up my makeup. The colors that were used were not available because they were out. What's a girl to do on her wedding day? I was able to use my own makeup but would have liked to purchase the same colors. So bottom line... Beth and Alicia are great and I would recommend them. Everything else... hmmm.
