The ladies were all very helpful. Took the time to find out what I was looking for and what the wedding would be like before looking for dresses. Helped me into and out of the dresses. Very friendly and profesional. It was a great experience and I finally found my dress.

I really enjoyed searching for a dress at Uptown Bridal. The owners of the store were very personable and incredibly helpful. The shop itself is decorated beautifully and the changing room allows for family and friends to wait comfortably in the center room where the bride comes out to see herself in the dress. The dresses they had in the store were really beautiful and were kept in such great condition so that you could really envision how you would look on the day of your wedding. They really listened to what I was looking for in a dress. They had a dress in storage that had been discontinued but thought that I would really like it. Turns out I loved this dress in storage and ended up buying that dress. However, it was a tough decision because they had so many beautiful dresses for a very decent price. I cannot say enough great things about this store! If you are looking for an experience that makes you feel relaxed and not so overwhelmed (because of the excellent service) while searching for that perfect dress I highly recommend Uptown Bridal.

Uptown was amazing! The service, suggestions and atmosphere were all beyond my expectations and fantastic! No other store came close to my experience at Uptown. I will forever tell friends and family members searching for bridal and formal wear to go to Uptown!

Uptown Bridal was my first stop in my hunt for a wedding gown, and it was the perfect "bridal experience." Ali was amazing!!! She gave me the freedom to walk around with my mom and maid of honor to pick our favorites first. When it came time to try on the dresses, Ali was so helpful and kind. She gave me a slip so felt more comfortable and helped me in and out of every dress. I've never felt more beautiful. Every dress was special, but the first one was it! I tried on about 6 dresses there, then went to two other shops before returning for MY DRESS. I can't say enough good things about Ali and the Uptown Bridal boutique. If you're a first time shopper, or just looking for an amazing experience....you have to go! I can't wait to put my dress on again in April for my first fitting!

I stopped in to Uptown Bridal yesterday at about 5:30p.m. The store usually closes at 6:00 and I just wanted to look around. Tonia one of the owner's met me in the lobby and she was FANTASTIC!!!! She wholeheartedly loves what she does and is the sweetest woman. They provide you with EVERYTHING you will need to try on dresses, a slip to cover you so you aren't exposed, shoes, a boquet, veils, jewelry. They knew dresses and designer's inside and out and are the most helpful people. They kept the store open late for me, so I could try on all the dresses I liked. I felt no pressure to hurry or to make a decision that day. I of course fell in love with one of the dresses and will be going back to get it. UPTOWN BRIDAL IS A MUST SHOP FOR YOUR WEDDING DRESS!!

LOVE LOVE & LOVE Uptown Bridal!! I had such a wonderful experience! The customer service these ladies offer is AMAZING! They are all so sweet and kind! I bought my wedding gown from here today! I am soo in love with the dress and I am soo happy with the price of it and the overall experience! I would definitely recommend this bridal store to anyone & everyone!!

What a sweet and quaint family owned bridal shop in chandler, az!! I had been to a few different bridal stores looking for my dress and nothing seemed to catch my eye until I went to Uptown Bridal. They were so helpful and sweet from the time I made my appt to the time I walked in and tried on dresses to the time I found the dress I knew was for me! It was a tea length ivory lace strapless sweetheart neckline dress and I fell in LOVE! They helped me getting into the dresses to try them on and also helped me try on head peices as well as take pictures of me in the different dresses. I love this store and wished I could shop there for other things than just bridal stuff. Just an amazing experience and breath of fresh air to walk into Uptown Bridal. I would highly recommend them!!!

I enjoyed every minute working with Uptown. From the first time I tried on until I walked out with my dress was incredible. Diane and the gang are so knowledgeable and helpful. They made sure every detail was spot on and well taken care of. They immediatlely recognize me when I walk in and know what I'll need and made sure everything went smoothly. Not to mention the gown they helped me pick was gorgeous. Diane knew what I was looking for and helped me select something that helped me acheive my look for my wedding day! I'd go there again in a heartbeat!

Uptown Bridal was the best part of my wedding planning experience (and least stressful). Not only are their dresses beautiful but they are affordable and the customer service was great. I got my dress, veil, crystal headband, and jewelry from Uptown and could not be happier with my choice!

Where do I even begin? Uptown Bridal is the best bridal shop hands down! Don't even waste your time shopping anywhere else! Their dress selection is incredible! The shop, the cutest ever! And the girls were kind, patient, and simply fabulous to work with. They really understand the meaning of treating a customer right, even after the purchase is made. They provide a comfortable setting and really made me feel like I was their one and only customer. They squeezed me in between appointments during one of the trunk shows so I could try on my favorite dress for my bridesmaids... When I was unable to drop off my dress to get steamed in time for the cleaner to pick it up, they scheduled for me to drop it off at the cleaners directly so I could still get the discount... And since I bought my dress during the trunk show, I received a 10% credit towards all accessories in the store. I found a feather fascinator and a necklace to complete my look. The total of the two items went over my credit and they gave it to me for free! These are but a few examples of the many things they have done for me. They truly go above and beyond and do whatever they can to accommodate you! Words can not describe how incredible my experience was. They really made me feel special. =)

Uptown Bridal was so helpful and had all types of dresses available. From the moment that I walked in there was no doubt that my dress was there :) I would suggest every bride to stop here first because I'm positive that you will find your dream dress here!

Nicole and her mom are absolutely amazing!!! Uptown Bridal was the first place I looked for a wedding dress and it ended up being the only place! The girls there are fantastic; the customer service has been better than I ever could have imagined and their selection is stunning. They have made a tremendous impact on me during the whole planning process and I am so thankful for everything!

I went into Uptown Bridal about 3 weeks after my engagement knowing full well I wasn't getting married for another 18 months. There was a trunk show coming up and I wanted to try on some dresses to make sure I knew my size so I could breeze through the show quickly. Wow, what almost wasn't - I got to the bridal shop and was handed 6 clothes pins and told to go pick out dresses. I picked out 3 from the designer I came to investigate and wanted to be done. My sales consultant told me I should just pick 3 more to try on for fun. So I picked a few styles I knew would be flattering on my curves (thank you Say Yes to the Dress). The short version is I tried on some gorgeous tea length dresses (the ones I came to see) and they felt like luscious prom dresses. Nothing wrong with the dress or style, just didn't feel like a wedding dress to me. I tried on a ruched mermaid, bleh, I tried on another, speechless. Absolutely speechless. I'm so glad she made me go back and pick out a few more because I would have never picked out this dress. Needless to say I walked out of that store with a wedding dress (sample dress, discount given, hell yeah) 18 months before my wedding. It was meant to be. The girls were great and they made the experience comfortable and really a lot of fun. There was no pressure to buy, I bought it because it felt right. I had to get that dress because (as you might have noticed) it takes a lot to render my speechless. I highly recommend this shop. They have a great collection of dresses and a very professional and helpful staff!
