Serendipity Videography

I love Serendipity... I heard of them through a friend that used them for her wedding. We have quite a few friends that have used Serendipity and everyone has been amazed by what serendipity delivers. Taryn, was great about setting everything up and answering all my questions. I felt confident from start to finish with Taryn and Jeff. After two weeks of our wedding we received our movie trailer and it has been something I watch on a daily basis. I cannot wait till we get our full video. I would highly recommend Serendipity and will use them again when I need a videographer.

Serendipity was wonderful! Taryn would almost instantly respond to my questions which I greatly appreciated. Planning a wedding is stressful but Serendipity was so great to work with it made for an awesome experience! Thank you so much!

Hiring Serendipity was the absolute best decision we made for our wedding and to think we almost didn’t do it!!! Taryn will be the first to tell you that videography is the first thing most brides and grooms cut from their budget and the number one thing they regret not doing. We were so lucky to find Serendipity and even luckier that they were still available for our wedding. If you have the money, it’s so worth it! Taryn and her husband have amazing experience and professionalism. They are incredibly talented and it shows in the quality of their work. We loved having them be a part of our wedding day because of their positive energy and great personalities. Our movie trailer was absolutely beautiful – everyone we sent it to raved about how it was the best they had ever seen. And they got it to us so fast – we were still on our honeymoon. It was so fun to watch while we were still glowing from the wedding. Our actual video is perfect – it tells the story of our wedding, highlights the best parts of the speeches and vows, and all the crazy dancing at the end of the night. We could not possibly be happier with our experience with Serendipity and would highly recommend them to any bride and groom.

Deciding to have a videographer at our wedding was one of the best decisions we ever made. Choosing Serendipity to capture one of the most important days of our lives was an even better decision! I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Serendipity. While I was searching for venues, I stumbled upon a link that led me to Serendipity’s site. It wasn’t until after watching some of their videos that I was determined to have a videographer. After much research, I soon came to the conclusion that no one even came close to Serendipity’s talent. Not only are they experts at what they do, but Taryn (one of the owners of the business) absolutely ROCKS! The first day we met her I was impressed by her social skills and outgoing personality. Throughout the planning process, she would respond promptly to all of our questions/concerns and has been very accommodating to our requests for our video. Although we have not seen our highlight film yet, our three minute movie trailer blew us and other family/friend viewers away. WOW! I feel so good about our investment in Serendipity every time I watch that two minute clip. We can’t wait to see the final result--- we are actually throwing a viewing party! Not only was it a pleasure working with Taryn, but her crew is amazing too. They were like little ninjas at our wedding. I honestly didn’t even notice them during the wedding but yet they were there capturing those important moments that can now be with us forever! I would highly recommend Serendipity to any couple seeking a videographer. I’ve already started thinking about what I could possibly need a videographer for in the future because I would love to work with them again!

Serendipity Videography is the best. View their trailers/highlight films and be amazed. It was very important for us to find a videographer that didnt make their video look like a soap opera. We could tell every video was personalized and played like a movie! They're so professional and we loved having them at our wedding. They felt like guests and by the end of the night felt like family. We LOVE serendipity and theyre worth every money you spend with them.

The Serendipity team were an absolute dream to work with!! When we chose a date for the wedding Serendipity was one of the first vendors we booked because I knew they had to be a part of our special day! They were so professional the day of the wedding and they felt like part of our family! On our honeymoon we received the email that our wedding trailer was ready! We could not wait to watch it (breaking our no computer rule) and boy was it worth it. Even 6 months later it still makes me tear up.We gave Taryn and the Serendipity team free creative reign on our video and am so glad they did! They added songs that just add to the emotion and story of the day! I cannot say enough good things about the entire Serendiptiy team and how glad we are that we had a videographer document our special day. And to top it all off Taryn is a absolute dream to work with! She was also so patient and really goes above and beyond!!Thank you to Taryn and the entire Serendipity team!!!

Taryn and the Serendipity team were wonderful and we can’t say enough good things about them. We had a destination wedding in Scottsdale and did much of the planning online, through emails and over the phone. When visiting ceremony and reception venues throughout the Scottsdale/Phoenix area, Serendipity was repeatedly on their preferred vendors lists. I knew that each of these venues and event coordinators must be confident in the quality of the film produced as well as the professionalism of Serendipity. Our California-based photographer had even recommended them! When I checked out the Serendipity website, I instantly liked their vision and enjoyed their work provided on that site. I also greatly appreciated that visitors can access their blog to get a glimpse of their recent work, not just what they deem their best of the best. Picking Serendipity was an easy choice! Deciding on the package was a bit more difficult for us as we weren’t sure what needed to be included and what we could do without due to budgeting. Taryn was more than willing to talk me through the decisions and I really appreciated any additional time she spent on our wedding. The Movie Trailer is amazing and I highly recommend including this option! It was perfect to share a few weeks following our actual wedding at our hometown reception. At roughly 3 minutes, I think they will be something that we share the most frequently. We just received our edited wedding film and it is equally amazing… both in content and quality. We look forward to getting our final hard copy soon. Again, I can’t stress how pleased we have been, from start to finish, with our experience with Serendipity!

Serendipity was the best money investment I spent on my wedding day. Simply put I recommend them for their:-great professionalism - the response time was awesome!-talent - they do NOT produce cheesy videos with tacky photo filters (beware of newby videographers out there) their films are high quality, cinematographic and can edit like not other!-personality. I love this team. They weren't pushy, made us feel super comfortable and stayed a bit longer to make sure they got enough footage on our special day. They value their work and take it seriously. You'll love the mini wedding trailer you receive days after the wedding. I received mine while I was on my honeymoon and it was icing on top of the cake. :)Don't miss out! You won't regret it.

Working with Serendipity to document our wedding day was one of the best investments and decisions my husband and I made! The quality of their work is beyond exceptional and I know that any bride will be extremely happy working with the Serendipity Team as well as having their memories captured on film which will last a lifetime! I wish I could give this company a better review but I had an unfortunate situation. When my final video was done, the music on the disks was very choppy and sounded awful. It was everyone's first comment when they watched the video. Taryn did try to fix this but said she could not hear the problem. Since the online video sounded clear, we simply showed that to everyone. A few months after getting our disks, Serendipity deleted our video from onlin and said that it was purged from our enitre system so I'll never have access to a clean wedding video again. Though I liked working with the videographers and Taryn was sweet in trying to resolve the issues, in the end I'm not happy with my wedding video. It actually has broken my heart to tears a few times. With any company, mistakes can happen so it's something to think about when budgeting for your wedding because photos and video are all you have left to remember. I would give anything to have one clean video of our wedding.

Next to choosing one another, the next biggest decision for us was deciding who will document our day. We were told by so many others that the day goes by SO fast and critical moments would be missed if we didnt get them caught on film... Trust me; this is SO true and it was some of the very BEST advice we received. Yes, photos are important but video brings these snapshots to life and adds a depth -- an emotion and it tells the rest of your story. And for us, we wanted our complete story told and told by the very BEST! Well, Serendipity was - by far - beyond compare. We searched for a professional who could capture the magic and after interviewing 7 videographers, seeing numerous samples and speaking with other brides in the area, we knew that Serendipity was the ultimate choice for us. Now, let me share - I do this for a living (host meetings/conferences) so I know the questions to ask and what to look for -- but planning my own wedding -- and doing it from 2500 miles away, adds a whole different dimension. I had to trust and when it's something this important, that's easier said than done! But, my trust was well placed! Serendipity delivered BEYOND our wildest dreams. Our film is the most amazing testament to our love and we now have it documented forever!Here's why Serendipity is in a class by themselves... From the moment we spoke with Taryn/Jeff, we knew there was something very unique about them. They are passionate about telling people's stories. We knew we weren't going to be just another date on their calendar. For me, that was critical. We weren't going to settle for someone who shoots great footage but lacks that critical connection to us as a couple. What we found in Serendipity was creativity, vision, talent and experience plus a true love and passion for what they do. I didn't know if it was possible -- but trust me, it was the best investment we made. The final days up until our wedding, Taryn helped facilitate every detail -- answered every question and did so with amazing reassurance and what an incredible resource, too! The day of the wedding, the team was exceptional, professional and it was so seamless. What they were able to capture and how Jeff put it together, I just cannot say enough. If ever we have an opportunity to document a special occasion in our lives, Serendipity will be the first call we will make.

We absolutely love Serendipity Videography. From the moment I saw their work online, I knew we had to hire them to capture our wedding day. The videos they create are absolutely beautiful and definitely tell a story of the day from beginning to end. The movie trailers they put together are also fantastic. They give you a 3 minute look at your wedding and are available shortly after the event. It was nice to get an email of our trailer while on our honeymoon. This definitely made the wait for the full video easier to manage. My advice is to book them right away for your big day! PS: Taryn Bills is wonderful to work with; and we hope to cross paths with her again in the future.

Taryn and Jeff are the married couple that own this business. They are absolutely AMAZING to work with. I can not say enough about them and how great they are.I was married in July in San Diego (where we live). I searched long and hard for the perfect videographers, and went all the way to AZ to find them. It was WELL BEYOND worth it.Taryn is in charge of all the correspondence, and she was SO fast and efficient with all emails. Not to mention she is the sweetest woman ever. I feel like we became BFF's before we even met! When they arrived on our wedding day, I felt like I had known them for years.They came out to SD from Arizona, arrived almost an hour early to do extra footage (we did not get charged for it). They made everyone feel so comfortable, and even lightened up the spirits for everyone that much more! Their fun and positive demeanor is contagious.Their videography is beyond genius. Taryn films from her perspective, and Jeff from his. Which makes it a perfect blend of husband and wife way to look at things.They stayed late at our wedding because they wanted our video to end up that much better.We just received our final product, and it is absolutely perfect. Better than we ever could have imagined. The TLC that they put into it in the editing room SHINES!Out of all the vendors we used, Serendipity was by far the best. Not only because of their product and service, but also because they were SO great to work with and just such an amazing couple. I have 3 friends who have weddings in the next year that are now using them (they all live in Los Angeles), and even my sister is using them next summer for her wedding.Taryn and Jeff are THE BEST. I could go on and on, but I think you should get the point by now :)

I can not even begin to say enough great things about Serendipity! They were so professional during the entire process! The crew the day of was wonderful! Within a week they had already made a trailer for me, which was so beautiful and captured the excitment of the day perfectly! It was so professionaly done, it looked like an actual high budget movie trailer! I can not wait to show our kids this video some day! Hiring Serendipity was one of the best decisions I made!

We received our video from Serendipity a few weeks ago and it was absolutely amazing! We were debating if we should get a videographer because it was a little pricey, but it was the best money we spent for our wedding! They are true artists and words cannot express how special our video is. We have been watching it every day! It was also great working with Taryn - she was very responsive with emails and so sweet! Serendipity is definitely worth the splurge - the video can do so much more than pictures can!

When I was originally researching videographers I knew I didn't have to look any further once I found Serendipity. The quality of their work spoke for itself. The only thing that made me hesitant was the price. We received some help from family for the cost which then made it reasonable and part of our budget. The end product was absolutely phenomenal. They captured each and every moment of the day and make it flow like a movie. It the grand scheme of things the end result is worth the money..if you can budget it.

Working with the entire team at Serendipity was an absolute pleasure! They were truly professional, responsive, in tune to the latest video technology, polite, kind and truly fun!!! The video is such a gift and is a treasure to hold for years to bring back one of the most memorable moments of our families lives!!! They give 100% and in return you will enjoy the result forever!

Booking Serendipity was one of the best decisions I made during the planning process! They were AMAZING to work with, answered all my questions promptly, and were so friendly the day of the wedding. I got a video trailer almost right away, I was shocked how fast it came! I received a link to my actual video right on schedule, it was so beautiful, everything was perfect! Having pictures is of course very important, but it is just amazing to be able to see and hear everything that happened that day, it brought me right back to the day! I am so excited to be able to show our kids and grandkids our wedding someday!

This company is incredibly professional and personable. Taryn is very sweet and easy to work with. Hanging around the crew all day was great too. They all had awesome personalities and made your day even more special. They do great work and your wedding day will be perfectly captured. It will make you want to relive the day over and over again. Just make sure if there is something you're not happy about to let them know. Make sure you also watch the entire video when it's done to make sure you can hear everyone clearly and everything you asked for is included. I highly recommend Serendipity. You will regret it if you don't:)
