Ray the DJ was amazing on our wedding night. The most important things to me were finding a DJ that would make sure to play the music I wanted and to make the night as fun as possible. Ray more than followed through with my wishes and everyone had an amazing time thanks to him! He is very professional yet fun and he timed all of the events perfectly.

I am so thankful Ray was the DJ at our wedding! We had a big reception with a huge variety of people (and musical tastes!) Ray did a wonderful job of getting - and keeping - people on the dance floor. We realized we had made the right decision in our pre-wedding meeting. We didn't exactly know what music we wanted, but Ray had some great suggestions and helped us pick music that fit our personalities perfectly!

We interviewed 3 different Dj's for our daughters wedding, and found Ray the Dj on wedding wire. We definitely would recommend Ray the Dj, (Jeff) was our Dj and he did a outstanding job at our daughter's wedding this past Saturday. What a wonderful talent he has and he was a perfect match. We ended up keeping him for an extra 30 mins as the wedding party and family was not ready for the night to be over.If we know someone in need of a Dj we will definitely recommend Jeff from Ray the Dj! Ray's crew was so fabulous! Jeremy was our DJ, and he was great at providing dance music for all ages. He knew when and how to get the party started, and guests danced all night long! He was a hit at the party :)During the reception, the DJ often works as the coordinator and emcee. Jeremy was really professional and light hearted. My guests loved his humor! He even invested the time to find out the names of the people dancing and gave shout outs haha! He made the reception.

The entire staff at Ray the DJ was so easy to work with! Our DJ, Ed Russell, did such a great job feeling out my crowd! He played the right music and kept the dance floor full all night! He kept the pace of the evening without talking to much, which is exactly what I wanted!

Marcus from Ray the DJ did an excellent job at my wedding ceremony nad reception. He kept the crowd on their feet and was responsive to all of our requests. Marcus even surprised us with a gift at the end of the evening, which was truly appreciated. I would highly recommend working with Ray the DJ.

My fiance' Aaron and I were married 5/1/2010. When we began our planning we knew that we had to find a unique D.J. as I am from a latino background and Aaron is not :) We came across the reviews for Ray which were all great so we decided to make the call. We spoke with Brenda who asked a few questions and I told her our situation and she said she had the right guy for us :) Shortly after we spoke with D.J. Gustavo and the rest is history! lol I can't begin to describe how awesome he was. The dance floor was busy ALL night. Gustavo was able to play all genre's of Spanish (Cumbia, Salsa, Merengue, etc) as well as the standards, (billy holiday's the very thought of you/ one of my favs!), old school, pop, etc. If you want a talented professional go with Ray the D.J. (D.J. Gustavo)! Thanks for making our day all the more memorable! :)

We were so excited to have Ray, himself, at our wedding. From the moment we met with him we knew he was a good match for us. He listened to what our wishes were for the wedding and did not try to persuade us in any way. He was able to incorporate all of our requests in a way that flowed well throughout the evening. In addition, the other music he chose to play was very in line with the taste of music we enjoy. He read our crowd very well and kept the dance floor hopping. We had a wonderful evening and received many compliments on the music and how “classy” it was. We both left that evening happy with every single song that was played. We were impressed and couldn’t imagine it any different way. When you shop around, don’t let Ray’s modesty fool you. Others will present you with their flashy lights and bubble machines. If you are looking for class and someone you can count on, Ray is simply the best.

Andy from Ray the DJ was at our wedding and did a great job. He listens to what you want your reception to be like and does his best to accommodate your requests. We had so much fun dancing the night away at our reception.

Our wedding was in November 09. Randy did a fabulous job DJing our Wedding - through Ray the DJ services. I was traveling quite a bit in the weeks leading up to the wedding, and despite the additional craziness, Randy and I connected and he made me feel extremely comfortable with the plan for the reception. Within five minutes of being on the Phone with Randy, I knew I had hired the right company. They also were priced right - extremely competitive and felt I had gotten a deal after my wedding. Randy was extremely flexible during the evening and let me take over the mic on several occasions when addressing my reception and for toasts. Something noteworthy: Randy knew what type of audience he was playing music for that evening - better than me and it was my wedding! It was obvious to me after I realized that he had kept the crowd entertained and dancing all night. You won't go wrong hiring Randy from Ray the DJ. Be sure to ask for him.

There is no doubt this guy is the absolute best out there. We received numerous compliments on Ray and his ability to keep the party going. Ray was on point every step of the way and is a must have for any wedding reception or party. 100% we made the right decision in choosing Ray.

Ray was amazing. We talked several times on the phone and had many laughs together! He made sure that everything I wanted was available. The day of the wedding went super smooth. He played every song I requested and even made a cd of all of my requests! Not once was the dance floor empty. Ray was highly recommended by several people and now I know why! I will continue to recommend him to anyone I know getting married or having a party!

We were very happy we worked with Ray the DJ for our wedding this past October! We hired DJ Andy and he was perfect. He was professional and moved the reception along tactfully. We hired Ray the DJ for our wedding and were so happy we did. We worked with Brenda, in the main office, who was consistently professional. Our DJ, Randall, was responsive to our requests, answered all our questions, and was a great MC/host for the evening. Everyone loved the music and had a great time. We would hire them again and highly recommend them. Fantastic job!

Ray of Ray the DJ was amazing. He was willing to meet with us on our crazy schedule since we'd moved across the country. We only gave Ray a handful of songs to play, yet the play list was exactly what we wanted. He had a great balance between slow and fast, getting everyone onto the dance floor. He had the people who said they'd never dance up there having a blast. He ran a smooth night, and when the party was dying he ended the evening. It was sad that it ended about a half hour early but the guests were ready to go and he read the crowd so well. He makes sure he has all the names right, and I'm sure your wedding party will like that. Book Ray!!

Ray was great. We gave him a playlist and a flow chart and he made the evening seamless and fun. He did not project a radio personality into our ceremony, he just kept things moving and played our songs and a couple of additions in a great order. It was exactly what we wanted. I used "Ed" from the company Ray the DJ and he was absolutely fantastic. I had so many compliments at my wedding about how outstanding my DJ was. He was friendly, got the crowd involved, and played great music ALL night. I gave him my suggestions, but the music he picked was great. He also took requests from my guests. He did an amazing job!!! We had Jeff for our wedding. He was wonderful - playing songs for all ages. The adults really enjoyed the softer music that he played during dinner since everyone was able to talk. He was able to play all the ethnic tunes we needed to celebrate as well as all our family favorites. And as the night moved on - the "club scene" started and the place was hopping.
