Life Design Event Planning

I got married a month ago and when I think about that special day it still brings tears to my eyes. I was 7 months pregnant at my wedding and Cicely kept me from having a few breakdowns before my wedding day. Between coming home from a special assignment for work out of state that lasted 6 months and being 3 months pregnant when I came home to finally start planning, I was going nuts. We had 3 months for this to come together. There was a time when Cicely told me that I could no longer deal with the wedding and she took care of everything. If it wasn't for her, there wouldn't have been a wedding because I would have given up!! That day went PERFECT! I never thought I would get married, much less that everything would have gone off without a hitch. There is no one else I will trust with any kind of event planning as long as Cicely is in business. From the tiny stuff like the safety pins I needed for my dress/bra straps to the location of the venue, she took care of it all & did it with a smile with my husband's and my concerns/dreams well taken care of. I can't explain enough how good she/her company is and will always remember her for making my day the best of my life. Love you Cicely~

You can't do better. Cicely and staff were excellent! When she said "don't worry, put your concerns on my back and I'll take care of all your concerns"... she meant it!

OMG the ladies at LDEP seriously made my wedding absolutely fantastic for my husband, my guests, and of course myself:) I don't even know who would have done all the little things Sara did for me. This girl seriously went the extra mile to give us everything to make our day amazing. She had great advice, a great work ethic, and was so sincere in wanting everything to go perfectly. Seriously, it was worth every penny. I almost didn't use a planning service because I was like, "what does a planner really do?" I got the basic "day of" package, but Sara really took over EVERYTHING a month in advance. This way I could focus on my guests coming into town, etc. She was like a personal assistant. All the annoying things that bog a bride down in planning were handled by her, but she still let me make all the choices and ran it by me first. Use Life Design. Seriously, an awesome set of ladies who know how to throw an amazing, stress free party/wedding:).

Using Cicely from Life Design Event Planning was the most helpful and fun part of planning my wedding! She was able to direct me to great vendors, had very creative suggestions and ideas and she was able to answer any questions that I might of had. She (along with her amazing staff) made my wedding day run smoothly and without any drama. I was able to relax and enjoy my wedding instead of worring about how it was going to turn out. My guests commented to me how well ran my wedding was and how it was the best and most fun wedding that they had ever been to. I would recommend Cicely and any of her staff not just for weddings but, any type of party. They really know their industry and it was wonderful working with them!

Cicely Rocha-Miller and Life Design Event Planning are truly a brides dream...and grooms in our case! My now husband might have had more fun working with Cicely on the planning than I did. Cicely turned a vision we both had in to the most amazing reality that we still look back on with amazement. Her unique ideas, attention to detail and genuine love for all of her clients is easy to see. I genuinely felt like I was planning our wedding with my best friend almost immediately after meeting her. Which is amazing considering our first meeting was over skype. We always felt like we were her #1 priority and any questions, comments or concerns we had were dealt with immediately. Did I mention she was pregnant during the entire planning process and braved the Arizona heat all summer running from vendor to vendor to vendor to vendor to vendor (I believe we were over 20)?? She is truly one of a kind and we are proud to continue calling her a friend. Although we are both pretty sure it won't be for another wedding, we can't wait to work with Cicely and Life Design Event Planning again!!

LDEP was amazing! They helped out so much. I was very stressed out and they calmed my nerves. Krystal was great and she was very patient. On the wedding day, I don't know what I would have done without them. They were there all day making sure everything went smoothly. I would definatly recommend them to anyone who wants a flawless day!

Life Design Event Planning was the best investment for our wedding. They were there every day from the weekend we got engaged to after the wedding. Cicely had great ideas, is so connected in Arizona and got us great deals for all of our vendors. She paid attention to every desire of my husband and I and never pressured us into a decision. She provide so much information along the wedding planner journey and on the day of the wedding took all of the stress off of us. The wedding went so perfectly. We got so many compliments that things went so smoothly and every detail was taken care of. By the end of the wedding, my husband and I and our families felt like the Life Design girls were great friends and cared so much that we were happy with how our special day turned out. I absolutely recommend them even if you just hire them for the day of. You will not be sorry.

I do not normally recommend vendors but feel compelled to confirm that Cicely from Life Design events were absolutely fantastic. Without doubt they contributed enormously to the tremendous success of our wedding day. Their commitment and professionalism were second to none and I would have no hesitation in recommending them to other couples looking for wedding planners.Simply outstanding!

This was an amazing perk that our venue, Inspirador offers. They include a "wedding concierge" service directed by Life Design Event Planning. We are SO EXCITED to have this. So much better than the same old "wedding coordinator" that comes with the venue or hotel. Life Design is there as our coordinator but we can also use their design services (for a fee) which are really gorgeous. There portfolio of work wow'd us! We've seen this team in action and they are so helpful and organized. We can't wait!

Without Cicely, we would not have had such an amazing wedding. She steered us toward the best vendors, helped us to pull together the theme of the wedding, and let us relax and enjoy our wedding day as she helped it run smoothly and on schedule. Life Design is worth every penny! Thanks, Cicely!

Cicley was truly a great assest to our wedding. If you are looking for a way to be hands-with your wedding in the planning stages but want to enjoy the week and day-of then you should use Cicley to help you! We hired Cicley as our "day-of" coordinator and there is not one thing that went wrong, at least I never knew about it!! :) She was awesome and so positive the entire time. Worth every penny!!!

Cicely and her team were amazing! We hired them for day of services only and they surpassed the definition of "day of". They were so helpful in the last stretch of the planning process by tying up any loose ends with vendors as well as making sure that if anything went wrong the day of the wedding, I didn't know about it. They also surprised us by decorating our honeymoon suite with flowers & candles. We also found a to-go box of left over food and two slices of cake in our room for us to share since clearly you do not get to eat at your own wedding. Cicely also took all of the tuxes back to the shop to be returned for us so that we could depart for our honeymoon without a worry. I couldn't imagine not having them there.

Cicely's upbeat personality and attention to detail left me worry-free for my big day.

I met Cicely through a mutual friend who is also in the wedding business. Our personalities clicked immediately and I knew she would be the lady to help Jeff and I plan our wedding day. I think the most important quality that I found in Cicely and her team is that I could trust them to plan the day and handle the details that I did not have time for. When I was making decisions on linens, flowers, rentals, etc. it was really hard for me to put all of the details together in my head in order to picture what the venue would look like for our guests. In the end, everything was more beautiful than I could have ever imagined and I could not have done it without Life Design. Our day was the perfect reflection of Jeff and I. We both feel lucky that our day was such a hug success and feel even more lucky to call Cicely our friend.

Cicely was a phenomenal coordinator and support during the process of planning our wedding and executing our wedding day. She was always available, always followed up immediately, and was full of ideas and energy. She went above and beyond! We hired her as our day-of planner and she was worth every penny. She and her staff made our wedding day seamless, which was a big job due to the wedding being at a private residence with many vendors. Cicely was the most valuable resource and is highly recommended to anyone.

Life design is Awesome! Full service planning and they don't stop until every detail is perfect! It was a great expereience, I didn't have to worry about anything because it was already taken care of!
