Jared the Galleria of Jewelry

From the first cheesy "He went to Jared!" comment to our final selection of wedding bands, our experience at Jared has been great. My husband decided a few days after our wedding that he wasn't happy with the size and weight of his tungsten band and would like to exchange it for a new one. Despite the return policy, Jared allowed us to exchange his band for something else. We are both very happy with the quality of our rings and definitely recommend the extended service plan. I can go back to get my rings cleaned whenever I want at no charge!

Wonderful customer service!! I have been to three different Jared stores, 2 in AZ and 1 in OH, and have always had wonderful customer service!! We purchased my engagement and wedding rings here as well as my husbands ring.

Jared was so helpful! I went in the day before the wedding to get all of the rings cleaned up and ready for the big day and they said it would be several days to get them ready. I explained that I needed them ready the next day and they took care of it for me. Thanks guys!

Jared was the place that I got both my wife's engagement ring and wedding band. The engagement ring is beautiful, and she loved it!!!! The quality of the jewelry is apparent just from looking at it. There was no pressure in the sale whatsoever. I took my time, and ended up with something that we both love. Although the quality was excellent the price was higher than average compared to the other jewelers. It was security that this business will be around, and that is why I made this purchase and paid a little extra. The warranty that we got with the rings ensures that no matter what happens, we can always get it fixed. I would recommend this jeweler for superb service and quality!
