We had a great experience with John. He was the consummate professional. He did everything to keep me from stressing out at my wedding. He was early and talked to my parents and grandparents and got it on the video. i was very impressed with him. He is courteous and kind, and had some very good suggestions. He asked my opinion on everything to make sure I was completely satisfied. He gave us a very good price and stayed for the entire reception. I would highly recommend him to video your wedding.

We hired imemory films to video our September 2010 wedding and we have been nothing but disappointed in their service. The quality of the video was very poor, nothing like the example videos they have on their website. It was poorly lit and blurry for most of the video shot indoors, and since our ceremony and reception were both indoors, that was most of the evening. They also lost the footage of most of the interviews of our parents and the footage of the last dance and us leaving for our honeymoon. The owner, John Lafever, has been nonresponsive and unhelpful. Do NOT waste your money or let imemory films ruin the memory of your special day.

Rony was very responsive to all my emails and was very friendly and easy to work with. John actually filmed our wedding....he was incredible. Absolutely fantastic! We cannot wait to see the video! We know it will be amazing. I would recommend iMemory to anyone! If John is your videographer, you will be in for a real treat! Highly recommend!

John was the worst videographer ever. He was nice during the party, but the product I got afterwards was trash. What he offers is a SCAM. It is anything but professional. I had the best engagement party ever and when I received my video, I couldn't stop crying. It was the worst production I have ever seen. The camera angle was HORRIBLE. The lighting was terrible and the background music was the worst thing I ever heard. I don't understand how they can claim to offer professional videography when the video that my brother took was 10 x better. I relied on them to capture the most important day of my life and what I got was trash in return. Beware if you do not want your memories destroyed. It's been more than 2 years and it still hurts every time I think about it. I trusted iMemory to preserve the most memorable day of my life, but instead I received a worthless product that is collecting dust on my shelf. (oh, and it was so professional that the DVDs were burned on ones you would get at best buy and were labelled with permanent marker). I hired a real professional photographer and videographer for my wedding and the difference was more than remarkable. It still hurts to see the video that John gave me, which is why I don't watch it. Initially I didn't want to say anything, but I feel I need any future brides from losing their memories the way I did when I hired John. Biggest mistake of my life.

John did an excellent job. His editing skills are exceptional. He was also very friendly with our guests.
