Heidi's Events and Catering

We had a simple afternoon reception with Apple and Cherry cobbler with ice cream. It was delightful! The guest throughly enjoyed the delicious cobbler. Heidi's is wonderful!

Heidi's Events and Catering were excellent with our Indian wedding. They were so attentive and professional and the food was delicious. They are also very affordable.

Heidi was so helpful and really made my wedding day so special. The food was outstanding and the service was fantastic. She also helped me find my d.j. and cake. I am happy that I hired them!

Heidi's was WONDERFUL!!! The food was outstanding and the staff was professional and excellent! I was completely impressed with everything. As the bride, I never had to lift a finger. They brought me (and my new husband) all of our food and drinks, they also helped my children (who are young) with their food. The staff also helped set up our decorations and tables and they did so just as we wanted them!! We will certainly us Heidi's again for future events!! :)

My husband was the one who handled and went to all the meetings with the caterer, but judging from what he told me everything was great. He met with Heidi herself and she helped us customize a menu. My husband and I both work in food, so we had a pretty clear picture of what we wanted. We wanted a Greek theme and gave them a few ideas. There on the spot she made a proposal that was very very well priced! The cocktail hour was great. Their displays were unique and pretty. I highly recommend their fried feta cheese and spanakopita! Yummy! The dinner was a buffet, but the staff was very helpful to the guests and quick to replenish. Their servers were also quick to clear tables, which made me happy. Piles of dirty plates just sitting there is a pet peeve of mine in any kind of food service setting. The dinner was tasty, my only complaint was the steak kebob needed some seasoning, but it was very tender. Our lemon oregano chicken, rice, and greek salad were perfect!We had a miscommunication about servers (me and my husband) so he had told Heidi’s we didn’t need any. When we realized the mistake only a week before the wedding, they put us at ease and took care of it quickly.

We had Heidi's Catering be our main one stop shop. From the food (INCREDIBLE!) to the chairs, to the tables, linens, staffing, etc. Her staff was professional, kind, quick. Her staff my made wedding day so decadent and wonderful!! We didn't have to do a thing and could just ENJOY the day and each other. Amazing, amazing company.

We recently used Heidi's Events and catering to cater our wedding. We were so impressed by the amount of help we received not only on the side of catering but also the amount of resources they had for other aspects of our wedding. Heidi recommended a fantastic DJ(Jimmy-Citron Sound) ,Professional Wedding officiant(Rev. Troy Vail) ,Talented Photographer(Alan Hajek) and also an amazing wedding cake company(Honeymoon Sweets). When it came down to the day of our wedding everything went so smoothly and my husband and I had nothing to worry about. Heidi and her wonderful staff made sure everything was perfect even better then we had dreamed up in our appointments prior. I heard so many great comments from my guests and the vendors we used about the food. Everything tasted so fresh and the flavors were vibrant. They also were having such a great time because anytime they looked anywhere all they saw was the staff with great smiles and excitement in there eyes. The whole reception went perfect from start to finish. We will always recommend Heidi's to anyone we know with any type of wedding or life event. Heidi's Catering was AMAZING!!!Drew quickly answered any questions I had as we went through the process. On the day of my wedding the people that Heidi's had working my event were amazing as well. They were super attentive, kept all the dishes clear and would always ask if my husband or I needed anything. After we got introduced and we were going to start the buffet line, we were each brought plates of food and asked what we would like to drink. We never had to ask for anything else for the rest of the night, they just always came and delivered. Clean up was super easy as well! Thank You Heidi's!! You guys did an amazing job!!!

Heidi's events and Catering was wonderful! Heidi did my sister wedding a few years back and she did such an amazing job that I didn't even hesitate to find someone else! When I first emailed Heidi to set up an Apt, I told her she had done my sisters wedding. She went out of her way to look it up and even found a picture of her wedding and sent it to me via email! Heidi was very easy to work with and her staff is amazing. My guests are still talking about how great the catering team was! Thank you Heidi and Team for such a great night!

Drew was so helpful in planning not just my catering, but my whole event!

We can't say enough about Heidi's! Drew was the greatest coordinator we could ask for. We used their venue 'La Petite Mason' for the ceremony as well and it was perfect for the small intimate wedding we had. They went above and beyond the call of duty to make our evening a memorable one. There are just too many positive things to say about the excellent staff, food, and service to keep this short. Heidi's Catering and Drew will be first on our list of caterers anytime someones asks us for a recommendation.

Drew was our contact at Heidi's and he was fantastic to work with. He worked with us to find the meal that my husband and I enjoyed and also made our reception unique. We wanted a Southwest style meal to keep with our theme of a desert wedding. I prefer vegetarian/vegan food but most of our guests prefer meat. We were able to work out a meal that satisfied all. Our meat eaters LOVED the cheese enchiladas and the cheese fondue we had as our later evening snack! We had a LOT of food, plenty for everyone. They even set aside a plate of the appetizers for my new husband and I so we got to taste everything at our own reception! The guests said the food was the best they had at a wedding reception. Fabulous!

Heidi’s staff was professional and easy to work with. We worked with Drew and he was so helpful. He even called me a couple times to make sure everything they selected for my wedding was just right. They handled so much for me and it was a huge stress relief. Their food was so delicious! All of our guests raved about how it was the best food they had ever had at a wedding and how every time they got up from their seats, someone was there to fold their napkin again. I felt so proud to have chosen such a good vendor. I highly recommend Heidi’s for any event requiring a caterer.

We used Heidi's Events and Catering for our wedding. The staff was great, very professional and courteous. We had a three course dinner and everything was served on time. The food was also delicious! They have a great variety. You can't go wrong...We would definitely use their services again for our next event.

The food and service on the night of the wedding were impeccable. During the initial planning stage, it was a little frustrating to try and get a hold of Heidi, but once we had signed a contract and were assigned to an assistant, things went much smoother. I was so impressed with how attentive and courteous the servers were. It made the wedding night so much better to know that all the guests' needs were being responded to.

The whole team at Heidi's is great. We worked with Drew Coleman. The tastings let us get a feel for what items we wanted to serve. The food was fantastic and we got a ton of comments. The service team is polite and responsive. They go above and beyond.

After doing quite a bit of research of Phoenix catering company candidates to put on our wedding, my wife and I decided on Heidi's. And we are both ever so grateful for doing so.We met with Heidi about 10 months before our wedding to map things out. Considering it was our first wedding to plan, we hadn't a clue what we were doing. Heidi was very accommodating and professional from the get go. She catered (pardon the pun, won't happen again) to our working schedules and met with us one evening that was convenient for both of us. From the minute we sat down with her and her staff, we knew we were in good hands. They were extremely organized, offered a variety of packages and options to best suit or wedding party and guests, and suggested more than enough alternatives. Throughout the months in between, Heidi made sure to keep in contact with both of us to make sure we were doing OK and let us know that we could call her and make suggestions or changes any time we needed. I don't think there was one time where we called Heidi herself, and she didn't answer her phone.The night of the wedding went off without a hitch. The staff was on time and worked efficiently and effectively to make sure everything was set up for the guests. They were also friendly and accommodating and would go out of their way any time someone needed "a quick glass of water" or "to sit down for a bit." Truly great people.The staff continued to impress following the ceremony. During the cocktail time between moving ceremony chairs out and the dinner tables in (which, by the way, was done swiftly and incognito), Heidi's staff paid their utmost attention the each guest, offering beverages, hours de vours, and making sure everyone was comfortable.When it came time for dinner to begin, the staff shined once again. They were extremely organized and had an efficient plan of action as to how and when the food would be served. Each guest was able to eat and enjoy themselves in a timely manner while the staff continuously and inconspicuously removed plates and made the setting more comfortable.The food was wonderful. We chose to have a buffet as we figured it would be the most practical and suitable for the location. We had a few vegetables, two types of meats, breads, and pasta. The food was fresh and always warm and appealing, from the beginning of the dinner to the end. The chefs at Heidi's use the best ingredients to make their food taste beyond delicious.To wrap up, I was more than satisfied with the work of Heidi's Events & Catering. They were punctual, personable, friendly, attentive, knowledgeable, and polite. They were wonderful to our guests and worked very hard to make sure everything ran smoothly. Giving them 5 stars wasn't enough.

Heidi's did an absolutely wonderful job for our wedding. The food was delicious. The servers were very professional and really paid attention to my guests. Our glasses were never empty and our plates were cleared right away.

I was/am very disappointed that we went with this vendor for our catering, and I can NOT reccommend them at all. From the very beginning, I felt more like a number than a valued customer - I just got the feeling that they try to churn through as many brides/couples as they can and in doing so, they gloss over all the details. For the money you are spending, I think you deserve a little more authentic customer service than that. Furthermore, they did not deliver on what they promised. We arranged to pick up our food from their Tempe location an hour and half before our event: 1) The office was closed and we had to stumble around the outside of the building until we finally found a rear entrance to the kitchen. 2) Only a quarter of the $1200 in food we ordered was prepared and ready - we had to wait until the rest of it was made. 3) They simply did not prepare us enough food. We ordered/paid for enough food to feed 75 guests - many of the dishes had run out before 20 of our guests even had a chance to go through the line!!! Totally unacceptable. When I shared this Heidi's, they did apologize but rather than refund us a portion of our expenses they sent us a $75 gift certificate for a restaurant. While this is a nice gesture, I simply don't feel it sufficiently compensates us for the problems we encountered.
