Fresh from the Kitchen LLC

Have you ever dealt with a company or person that you just couldn't stop gushing about because they were so accommodating, nice, and helpful? Noelle at Fresh from the Kitchen was - by far - one of those people/companies. Her willingness to help with every detail (i.e. linen choices, chair and table rentals, vendor recommendations, cake delivery, etc) and stay within my specified budget spoke volumes. From planning the menu to signing the contract to delivery and setup and the actual catering, everything went off without a hitch. In fact, Noelle personally delivered my linens and oversaw initial setup - this woman is amazing! Now on to the food:First, allow me to mention that the server was quiet, courteous, helpful, and unobtrusive. She made the waffles at our brunch buffet that consisted of:Belgian waffles (made to order)Farm fresh fluffy scrambled eggsLox with dill, caper, and red onionsMaple turkey sausage linksCountry skillet red potatoesFresh fruit skewersAll the food was hot (except of course the fruit), fresh and delicious, particularly the *enormous* serving of lox. Although being my wedding day, I hardly ate but a nibble of everything but based on the rate of consumption by my guests, I'm sure of my opinion. The only one negative in this sea of positives is that the red potatoes were undercooked.I loved working with Noelle and Fresh from the Kitchen and highly recommend her; if I ever need a caterer again, she'll be the first person I call!

We looked at many different caterers when we were planning our wedding reception. Fresh From The Kitchen was the first to respond and they were the only company that asked questions to customize a quote that worked for us. They are able to offer such a great variety, which included appetizers and were also able to secure a bartender and baker. The food was delicious and fresh! We had many compliments the night of our reception and even had someone ask for their information so that they could use for an upcoming event. The staff was professional and helpful with set up, the bartender was fun & personable and the cake was wonderful! Noelle was amazing through the entire process and we knew right away that this was the company for us.

I can not begin to say enough about how great everyone at Fresh from the Kitchen were during my wedding planning process. I originally met with them after meeting another local caterer that was nothing short of terrible (not to mention a few of their reviews on weddingwire were scary - "no one showed up for my wedding"?!)These ladies made me feel comfortable and understood my vision: nothing complicated and delicious food. Done. Tasting confirmed that the food was excellent and we went from there. Noelle met me for a walk-through and came up with a great plan for layout at my venue (Commemorative Air Force Museum in Mesa).The day of the event went off without a single hiccup or issue. The venue looked incredible. Noelle was kind enough to make a plate of food for myself and my (brand new) husband so we wouldn't have to go through the buffet line. She and the rest of her serving staff were very attentive and great. Oh, and the food was still as awesome as it was at the tasting (in fact I'm a little bummed I can't get some of her salsa and queso dip whenever I want).We had the ceremony and reception in the same space (the museum is basically a gigantic airplane hanger). I never heard the staff clanking around chairs or anything while breaking down the ceremony set up as we started taking photos. They were incredible efficient and clean. They had the entire space broken down in a matter of 30 minutes or so (which was great because the museum had provided volunteers for the evening and I didn't want them stuck there really late waiting on us). Noelle always promptly responded to emails and calls which is great when you realize you planned half your wedding on the wrong date (go me!). She was always on the look out for things that might make our event more special. I'm trying to think of something negative to say about them but I honestly can't (and I'm not one to sugar coat things especially when I consider how much I relied on others' reviews while planning my wedding).Seriously, you'll get warm fuzzies from these people and realize that you made the right choice. You absolutely will not regret choosing them.

This is the second time we have used Fresh from the Kitchen; once was a corporate holiday party and this time was a casual family brunch. Across both events, our guests RAVED about the food. Noelle & Theresa are very thoughtful and professional, and their displays are impeccable. The staff they brought for the corporate event (bartender, servers) was polite, responsive and attentive (we did not use staff this time). We plan to have them cater our next holiday party, and we are practically looking for excuses to get them to cook for us again! HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Noelle & Theresa were awesome throughout the entire process of planning my daughter's wedding. They gave me suggestions of other vendors as well as some money saving tips to still provide an elegant affair without breaking the bank. I booked them before I ever tasted one piece of food and let me say that I was thrilled once I got to try it - they were also named in the top 3 of caterers in the Valley. Several guests at the wedding said the food was fabulous and the price was right. The staff was fabulous as well making sure that everyone was taken care of. I appreciate their professionalism and the quality they provide. Great job!!!!

Noelle,You and your team are an absolute dream. I couldn't have asked for more. The food was insanely delicious. Everyone I have talked to since the wedding has been raving about the food, each person had their favorite dish. And the smoked salmon quesadilla "action station" was GREAT. I love that your team made sure Jon and I got appetizers brought to us while we were taking pictures, and each time we came back to our table at the reception, there was more food waiting for us. You were so helpful and mindful of our budget, so accommodating. I am just so thrilled. Also, you handled my mother-in-laws last minute requests and changes so easily, with only one week left before the wedding. I have also had your food at other events, and have never been disappointed. Every single dish is perfection. There will NEVER be a question as to who my caterer will be at any future events. You are my caterer for LIFE!

Fresh From The Kitchen was a pleasure to work with. They were extremely flexible, met with us on short notice and made a wonderful dinner and cake. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs a caterer. Noelle was always fast in responding to me and such a sweetheart to work with. She truly cared about our wedding day and I am so grateful that we were able to work with such a great company.

Fresh From the Kitchen catered our wedding reception on 5/7/2011 and we were thrilled with how everything turned out. Noelle was so great with answering all our questions and updating our contract with a few last minute add-ons. Fresh From the Kitchen accommodated all our requests and helped us work through all the little details. Noelle is so friendly, easy going, and makes the most delicious food.

It was my wedding day... and I'm am pretty particular to begin with. They get major points for flexibility and being willing to adjust to every request! I appreciated the positive attitude and helpfulness. My schedule was insane with work just before the event and I never got to go to the tasting... so my only complaints are partially my fault! I love great rolls and bread and the hamburger buns were typical out of a package...and they let people start eating before the bridal party was ready, that's it... that is my only complaint. Guest raved about the upbeat positive attitude and there was plenty of great food. Thanks so much for helping make my day worry free and keeping not only with the menu I choose but helping with the "vibe" I was going for! I really appreciate you.

FFTK did an amazing job for our wedding. They really are a one-stop shop and everyone commented on the delicious food and great service they provided. They also accommodated our very complex rental and equipment moving requests without any hassle whatsoever! Noelle is a breeze to work with and extremely prompt in getting back to me on ALL of the questions and requests I had. Incredible value also - I highly recommend FFTK, couldn't have been happier with our decision to use them.

I looooove FFTK!!! They did a fantastic job for our wedding, its like they weren't even there because they were so sufficient and professional. They are lovely lovely ladies and I would recommend everyone to use them!!! They really made our day special and were so supportive along the planning process. Please PLease PLease use themmmmmm!!!

Fftk did an awesome job! Everyone said the food was excellent. My hubby and I greeted everyone first, and our plates were waiting for us when we sat down... and they asked if we would like new warm plates.:) the only hiccup was when we cut the cake. We didn't have forks or napkins, but that was a quick fix, and they made sure we had the top layer saved. Overall, Yummy, friendly, and helpful!

FFTK was amazing in every way. Our wedding was completely perfect thanks to Noelle and her staff. She decorated beautifully, made the most amazing food (ALL our guests were raving about the food), provided the best service. from beginning to end, Noelle was such an incredible pleasure to work with. she was fun, professional, gracious, accommodating and completely reliable. she is also an amazing cook. her staff took wonderful care of all the guests and of me! i just cannot say enough great things about this company. they also catered our post wedding brunch the next day and this was wonderful as well. i will be using them again and again in the future for catering and would recommend them to anyone and everyone who wants to have their event tuen out beautifully. FFTK is THE best!!!!!!!

Theresa and Noelle from Fresh from the Kitchen are awesome! They are very flexible and listened to what kind of food we wanted for our wedding held at Bella Giardino on 12/19/10. Noelle and Theresa were fantastic! The "Fresh" in their name is certainly accurate. Our wedding dinner was served hot, fresh and promptly. Some of our guests commented that it was the best wedding food they ever had. Both Noelle and Theresa were super attentive during the reception and took care of us personally. In addition, they provided our wedding cake and it was excellent in taste and presentation. We both certainly put our recommendation of Fresh From the Kitchen's services without any reservations. If we have a need for catering anytime in the future, we will call Fresh From the Kitchen first.

Food was delicious and cost effective. Theresa and Noelle were great to work with. The presentation is exactly what we had visioned.

Fresh from the Kitchen was EXCELLENT from start to finish. We had a GREAT tasting and when it came to the final event everything was perfect. The menu was perfectly customized to my wishes. All of my guests raved about how good the food was. The presentation was absolutely beautiful and imaginative. The wait staff was wonderful and Noelle made everything so easy!! She was so great to communicate with (e-mails got replies within hours!) she took care of rentals and coordinated the whole evening so well!!

This company is the best i have ever used for catering and will never use any other company...Just give them a chance and go ahead and compare you will save yourself alot of time and money, there food is AAA and there staff is the best..........Rhonda Dossey Mesa AZ
