Joann took a idea my daughter presented her with and made what everyone thought was a beautiful center piece and table setting, the flowers were daisies. and perfect . Joann was on top of everything and responded quickley when i did have a question, she was very friendly and helpful , i will highly recommend her to anyone who wants to reach near perfection.. and work with friendly people who know what they are doing... thanks joann for making my daughters wedding awesome....

Joanne was wonderful to work with! Her reasonable prices were originally what caught my eye when looking for a wedding florist (I was a bride on a budget). In the end, however, I found not only affordable prices but great customer service and beautiful wedding flowers and centerpieces. Everything turned out just how we had discussed in the consultations and I got several compliments on the beautiful centerpieces she did. Joanne was so ready with suggestions when we didn't know what we wanted, pictures of possible flower arrangements, wedding cake additions, and a toss bouquet that was gorgeous. She had fotos of possible arrangements at her fingertips. She got the flowers ready quickly, when we needed to pick them up 30 minutes earlier than planned. I was impressed with her versatility.

She does what you want. Everything she has and does is beautiful. She is a very pleasant person.

When my wedding flower order with another company came in wrong, my coordinator contacted Joanne to help me find the right flowers. Joanne called her wholesaler and arranged for me to pick up the flowers I needed with no additional markup. She made the entire process so easy! So even though I haven’t worked directly with Joanne, I would highly recommend her based on my indirect experience with her.

Joanne was absolutely wonderful!!! The flowers were gorgeous, the decorations were beyond expectations and she was right there with my daughter and I the whole way through the process.....very easy to talk to and had great ideas. She was very professional and helped keep us in our budget. Our son is getting married in a couple of months and we will definately be using her again. We had Joanne do our wedding flowers and she did a great job, they turned out beautiful. She was very knowledgeable in all the different flower types and what flowers go better together then others. The only issue I had was her returning my emails or phone calls, sometimes I had to email 2-3 times before I got a response, but she always did respond and when it came time for delivery everything was on time and exactly how we wanted it.

I paid the initial deposit in February 2010 for my October 2010 wedding. The flowers were paid in full prior to the wedding as per the contract. When the big day came, I was promised the flowers would be there by 11am for the 1pm ceremony. We received a phone call shortly after 11 saying the driver was running behind but would be there by 12:30pm. 12:30pm came and went and still no flowers. My mother tried to reach Joanne and left several voicemails but still no response. The flowers FINALLY arrived 15 minutes after the ceremony was scheduled to start, however over half of the order was missing.My friend had issues with Floral Creations with her wedding in March as well (flowers missing from the order/wrong flowers in the toss bouquet). Even though its a great price...sometimes cost isn't everything.

Joanne supplied bouquets and decorations for my wedding. We rented an Aisle runner from her company and it was damaged in transit. As compensation she added extra flower petals onto a wood floor for an aisle runner which caused all my guests and bridal party to fall and trip we did not agree to this. We agreed for wrist corsages and she gave us pin on corsages. The bridal party bouquet flowers fell apart from the moment they got to the event and they bridal bouquet looked nothing like the picture I sent her and we agreed on. It was small, puny, and pathetic. We agreed on lots of open greenery and she put 5 leaves in the bouquet. Yes she is reasonably price but apparently you get what you pay for not what you ask for. She tried to tell me that she used her own products such as rocks for my centerpieces. I provided rocks, which she couldn't use so she claims that she used her own worth $45. I had plenty of rocks that I could have given her but she did not inform me that she needed more. It was also very difficult to get a hold of her on the phone or e-mail. She would sometimes take longer then a week to respond to concerns.

I couldn't be more pleased with the services Joanne provided. Every attention to detail was followed up on. I didn't have to worry about anything that day, Everything was perfect.

Joanne is truly the perfect florist!!! She was always available, flexible, understanding, and knowledgable! She welcomed me into her home, where her office is located, and treated me much nicer than any big floral company I ever experienced! She made the process of choosing my flowers a lot easier than I thought it was going to be, and gave great advice on which ones would look the best with my color scheme! The flowers were delivered early on the wedding day, before I even arrived to the venue myself! Everything turned out absolutely gorgeous!! Thank you SO much Joanne!!! You're the BEST!! :-D

Joanne made our wedding dreams come true! The flowers took my breath away every time I looked at them- all day long. The flowers stayed fresh for another week after the wedding. Joanne helped me create a unique look that complimented both our church and reception sites, the cake, and the bridesmaids' dresses. I wish I would have planned better and preserved my bouquet because it was the most beautiful bouquet I've ever seen! My husband raved about it and admired it all day as well- he said that the calla lilies complimented the shape of my wedding gown. My dad picked up the flowers on the way to the church and said that Joanne was very organized and professional, and I'm sure he appreciated that when he had so many "to-dos" the morning of the wedding. Everything was just as we had hoped and MORE! Joanne's work is just amazing!

Joanne was very willing to work with us dispite our limited budget. The flowers were absolutely beautiful and we wish that we could have afforded more. Thank you so much Joanne for everything.

She was absolutely wonderful! Very knowledgeable with flower names, prices and seasons. She was full of lots of good ideas and her arrangements were beautiful!

We hired Joanne to take care of the flowers for our wedding that was held in November. We purchased flowers for the Catholic church, as well as for the reception. I didn't know what to expect because I've never been married before! So I was thoroughly impressed when, come the wedding day, I saw how beautiful the flowers were. The church looked just the way I expected it to, with beautiful fall-colored flowers, and my bouquet was perfect. The reception was just as nice. The flowers were perfect and the lights Joanne put in the vases made the flowers look even better. Everyone I spoke to said they loved the flowers. Joanne was easy to work with. I actually was referred to her by an acquaintance Ginger, who had used her services for wedding. Don't expect a huge office/building filled with expensive flowers and uppity people when you meet Joanne for the first time. She is a hardworking mom who does this because she loves it and it allows her a lot of flexibility. I think that's why we liked working with her. I also didn't have to worry in the slightest about her getting to the church to set up, or to the reception before we got there. It was all done for us. Thank you Joanne! Joanne did a wonderful job on the florals for my wedding. The flowers looked exactly like I wanted them to and she was very prompt and professional. On my initial consultation I requested bouquets for myself and all my bridesmaid, and she was very understanding when I no longer needed her to make my bridesmaid bouquets. I was very satisfied and would recommend Floral Creations by Joanne to anyone! :)
