Joanne is truly the perfect florist!!! She was always available, flexible, understanding, and knowledgable! She welcomed me into her home, where her office is located, and treated me much nicer than any big floral company I ever experienced! She made the process of choosing my flowers a lot easier than I thought it was going to be, and gave great advice on which ones would look the best with my color scheme! The flowers were delivered early on the wedding day, before I even arrived to the venue myself! Everything turned out absolutely gorgeous!! Thank you SO much Joanne!!! You're the BEST!! :-D

She was absolutely wonderful! Very knowledgeable with flower names, prices and seasons. She was full of lots of good ideas and her arrangements were beautiful!

Joanne did a wonderful job on the florals for my wedding. The flowers looked exactly like I wanted them to and she was very prompt and professional. On my initial consultation I requested bouquets for myself and all my bridesmaid, and she was very understanding when I no longer needed her to make my bridesmaid bouquets. I was very satisfied and would recommend Floral Creations by Joanne to anyone! :)

Joanne is very experienced and professional, yet very friendly. It was easy to talk to and work with her. She was flexible about my requests and provided beautiful flowers and decor that exactly I wanted for our wedding. We were very happy about her service!

I have had the opportunity to work with Joanne on two separate occasions . My best friend KendraÂ’s wedding in April 14, 2007 as well as my wedding on 8-8-08. Joanne is fabulous to work with. She does work out of her home but I found it to be more personable and relaxed . KendraÂ’s wedding was held at Tapitio Cliffs in Phoenix and it was gorgeous. Joanne had rose pedals lined up on each side of the aisle along with candles and floral arrangements on the end chairs with tulle. She did out bouquets as well as the reception arrangements as well . I cannot tell you how relaxed Joanne made me feel with handling so many details for both weddings. At the time of my friend KendraÂ’s wedding she was living in New Jersey and having a wedding here in AZ . So I handled many of the details for her wedding. Mine was a distance wedding as well, Mine was being held in Las Vegas a much smaller and intimate venue. Planning two out of town weddings is stressful enough but Joanne made us both feel very relaxed so this was one less thing we both had to worry about. Joanne was very patient and listened to what both Kendra and I wanted. We both have been to the local bridal fairs the past few years as well and found Joanne to be by far the most reasonable. She is reliable and prompt on returning emails or phone calls. I highly recommend her.

Joanne delivered exactly what I wanted. She was sweet and patient through the whole process. She even had a baby between when we planned the flowers and when they were delivered on my wedding day! She is truly a talented florist and multi-tasker!

Joanne provided day-of wedding planning as well as ceremony/reception rentals and flowers. She did a fabulous job with everything! The prices were fabulous and the service and product were beyond expectations! You would be crazy not to use her!

Joanne's floral arrangements were so beautiful! In the begining I was unsure of what flowers I wanted and which flowers would look good together. Joanne's knowledge helped me create the most beautiful boquets I've ever seen. It was truly one less thing I had to worry about knowing she was on top of it all. Joanne with Floral Creations went above & beyond on our wedding day. The flower arrangements and bouquets were absolutely beautiful. I was extremely happy with everything Joanne provided for us.

My flowers were absolutely amazing. They look amazing in all of my pictures and my guests commented on how gorgeous they were. She had them delivered in plenty of time so that I had them to do my pre wedding pictures. Also my arch spray was hung perfectly looked amazing on the gazebo.

Joanne made our wedding dreams come true! The flowers took my breath away every time I looked at them- all day long. The flowers stayed fresh for another week after the wedding. Joanne helped me create a unique look that complimented both our church and reception sites, the cake, and the bridesmaids' dresses. I wish I would have planned better and preserved my bouquet because it was the most beautiful bouquet I've ever seen! My husband raved about it and admired it all day as well- he said that the calla lilies complimented the shape of my wedding gown. My dad picked up the flowers on the way to the church and said that Joanne was very organized and professional, and I'm sure he appreciated that when he had so many "to-dos" the morning of the wedding. Everything was just as we had hoped and MORE! Joanne's work is just amazing!

Joanne was wonderful! I was very impressed with the flowers and how well she listened to what we wanted. Despite some personal issues, she had my flowers ready and on time to my site, which was over an hour away from her! I think the best part was that she had been so thorough in our consultation, that my wedding day was worry free when it came to decorations and flowers! She even made us a hairpiece for our flowergirl with the extra flowers! I would definitely recommend Joanne to ANYONE who is interested in a florist who is extremely talented and truly listens to what the bride (&groom) want!

We hired Joanne to take care of the flowers for our wedding that was held in November. We purchased flowers for the Catholic church, as well as for the reception. I didn't know what to expect because I've never been married before! So I was thoroughly impressed when, come the wedding day, I saw how beautiful the flowers were. The church looked just the way I expected it to, with beautiful fall-colored flowers, and my bouquet was perfect. The reception was just as nice. The flowers were perfect and the lights Joanne put in the vases made the flowers look even better. Everyone I spoke to said they loved the flowers. Joanne was easy to work with. I actually was referred to her by an acquaintance Ginger, who had used her services for wedding. Don't expect a huge office/building filled with expensive flowers and uppity people when you meet Joanne for the first time. She is a hardworking mom who does this because she loves it and it allows her a lot of flexibility. I think that's why we liked working with her. I also didn't have to worry in the slightest about her getting to the church to set up, or to the reception before we got there. It was all done for us. Thank you Joanne! Joanne was very willing to work with us dispite our limited budget. The flowers were absolutely beautiful and we wish that we could have afforded more. Thank you so much Joanne for everything.

Joanne Jarman was over two hours late for the wedding. This impacted the pictures that we took before the ceremony. We had to rush to take them after the ceremony and made the reception start late. Two of the bridesmaids bouquets had roses that fell off during the ceremony. The boutennieres were wilted. The roses that she placed on the cake fell off and smeared through the frosting thus destroying the decoration of the cake.Joanne and I had many conversations about what I wanted, and when provided with a picture of a bouquet that I found elsewhere, she claimed that she could make that. It was a big and beautiful cascading bouquet. When I saw what she brought I at first thought it was the toss bouquet, but to my dismay it was my bridal bouquet. It was small and awkwardly put together. As for the altar flowers, they were nothing like what I had asked for. They looked like they were hastily thrown together and an odd mix of flowers. When I tried to discuss the many errors and disappointing flowers, she responded with numerous excuses including that we just didn't know how to handle it. She has also used images of my grandparents on her website that were not authorized. Not to mention that it depicts an arrangement that she did not put together. I would never recommend using Floral Creations by Joanne.
