Bamboo Bakery did a fantastic job with our wedding cake. David was great to work with and even let us completely change our design and flavors two months before our wedding without a problem. We were so happy with our cake; it looked so beautiful and tasted delicious. Our guests were very impressed as well. They really did a wonderful job and our cake looked even better than expected. Bamboo Bakery was GREAT! Our cake looked so beautiful and everybody loved it. They helped us design the cake exactly like we wanted and personalize it with ribbon and pearls to match our wedding colors. I would absolutely recommend Bamboo Bakery to any bride.

The Bamboo Bakery is a superb place to have your wedding cake made! My husband and I came in for the cake tasting and chose the red velvet cake with cream cheese frosting. David, the cake artist sat down with us and drew a picture of the cake we wanted and all the details. Our cake had flowers between the layers, which we brought in two days before the wedding, and they put the cake and flowers together perfectly! It was an absolutely gorgeous cake. It was the most beautiful cake I have ever seen or tasted! Delicious! The cake looked so beautiful that I hated to cut the first piece, but was excited to do so with my new husband! Great, great Bakery.

I really have no words to describe how delicious these cakes are. My husband and I wanted an unusual design, but weren't sure exactly what. David was able to guide us in the right direction and design something GORGEOUS for us. The flavors were absolutely divine. We had been telling everyone about the cake for weeks before the wedding, so once the day rolled around, people were dying for a piece of the cake. It's a good thing we ordered a larger cake, because our guests kept going back for another serving. My birthday is in a few months, and I've already started hinting to my new husband that I would love a cake from Bamboo Bakery to celebrate the occasion. I will never go anywhere else.

Bamboo Bakery is SUPER YUMMY! I was looking forward more to the cake than anything for my wedding. Good thing we ordered cakes for Christmas and Easter because at the actual wedding I only got 3 bites LOL Bamboo Bakery is super helpful and the cake was so cool! Everyone is still talking about our barrel design cake for our western wedding.

My cake turned out beautifully and tasted delicious. I got so many compliments on my cake. I changed my mind on the design a few times and they were kind enough to incorporate my changes 2 weeks prior to my wedding date. I gave David a picture of what I wanted my cake to look like and they were able to do it perfectly. They were the best value by far of all the cake vendors I visted with. I was on a tight budget so I met with a bunch of cake vendors to make sure I got the best deal. Definitely go with Bamboo Bakery! You sure to be happy with the final product.

Bamboo Bakery is AMAZING!!! They made us an extra cake for the groomsmen that they shaped into a burger for us! (My husband and I met at In N Out Burger!) It turned out well, but the flavor of their cakes is absolutely to die for! I would never go with another baker again!

We searched around for a bakery to do our wedding cake and all we could find were ridiculously priced cakes that were pretty unflattering for their price. Then we stumbled upon Bamboo Bakery and that all changed. They had awesome cakes for reasonable prices! We went in for a consultation and David sat with us to design something personal for our special day. We were able to get a fabulously designed cake within our budget and our guests loved it! Don't let the small store fool you into thinking they don't have much to offer because they do :) I would recommend to anyone planning a wedding to check out Bamboo Bakery before finalizing their cake plans. BEST CAKE EVER! Bamboo Bakery did our wedding cake and it was exquisite. They were fun and easy to work with and totally responsible and helpful. Our cake was the best wedding cake I've ever had - and that's saying a lot! Everyone raved about it and it was beautiful in pictures :-)

Our wedding cake was delicious!!!! Not to sweet but with a lot of flavor! They made sure the cake arrived on time and set it up where it needed to be. I'd recommend them to any bride!

I am a wedding vendor & met David owner of Bamboo Bakery at two events now that he has hosted. He is a wonderful, gracious host, & very motivating person. I have been fortunate to get to try his cake products at these events and also at the Phoenix Bridal Show. Words alone cannot discribe the taste, the softness, the creativity and the work that he puts into his cake products. I am always drawn to his booths at every event. We looked around for a long time till we found Bamboo Bakery. We had our cake picked out and it was fairly intricate. Therefore every bakery we went to would either tell us they couldn't make it, or gave us a quote that was out of our budget range. Then we found the Bamboo Bakery and our problems were solved, they took one look at the picture and didn't even blink an eye. And they didn't try to rake us over the coals on the price. In addition they have tons of fillings and cake flavors to make a combination of wedding cake that will be all your own. We were a bit concerned on how it would turn out till we got to the venue and saw it, then we fell in love with it all over again. They did such a good job on it. We would recommend them to anyone looking to get a cake for any occasion.

When they arrived with the cake they had forgotten some of the frosting decorations, they did come back with frosting and correct that mistake. Brides beware if you use this vender and get the whipped cream frosting, the cake will be frozen when serving! We could not cut our cake even after it had sat outside from 3:00 til 7:00 at 73 degrees. The cake plates and columns were frozen into the cake and we couldn't remove them. That night at 1:00am the center of the cake was still frozen. When we brought this to the bakery's attention we were told they freeze the cake so the whipped frosting will stay nice for pictures, I suggested it would also have been nice to be able to CUT and eat the cake. I was disappointed by the owner when I mention this problem to him and suggested he try something different in the future because this way didn't work very well he became VERY defensive and he said he would just fix it by not doing any more outdoor weddings, Really what kind of reply is that? I thought maybe he should tell people when they order whipped cream frosting how cake will arrive so they can prepare. The cake was good but it would have been nice if we had been told how the cake would arrive and stay (frozen) and how we would need special untensils to cut it.

As a groom, I wasn't very concerned by the look of the cake. I just wanted to be sure it would taste good. We chose two flavors, and they were both awesome. Our guests also said they really liked the cake too. And I'm not an expert, but I thought the cake looked pretty amazing too. I would definitely use Bamboo Bakery again.
